What exactly is included in the maintenance plans?
All plans include: WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates; encrypted backups via WP Umbrella on their own EU servers; NinjaFirewall security; LiteSpeed Cache or WP Rocket performance optimisation; monthly reports; and support. The difference lies in backup frequency, malware scanning (hosting provider for Essential, NinjaScanner Premium for Growth and ProCare), and support response time.
How can I cancel my subscription?
After the first contract year, you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. We make it straightforward — no hassle, no hidden fees. Upgrading is always possible mid-contract. Downgrading is possible after the current contract period (1 year) with 30 days’ notice.
When does the hourly rate apply?
The hourly rate of €85/hour applies to work outside regular maintenance, such as: website recovery after a hack, hosting migration, custom plugin troubleshooting, one-off clean-up actions, or performance audits. Regular updates, backups, and monitoring are always included in your fixed monthly plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Yes, upgrading is always possible and is calculated pro-rata. Downgrading is possible after your contract period (1 year) with 30 days’ notice. We always advise the plan that best matches your website’s needs.
Why are your backups safer than other providers?
We use WP Umbrella for encrypted backups stored on their own servers within the EU — no AWS, no Google Cloud. The backups are encrypted, fully within the EU, and GDPR-compliant. Many hosting providers store unencrypted backups on the same server — if that gets hacked, you lose everything. Our backups are always offsite and separate from your hosting environment.
How does security work per plan?
All plans include NinjaFirewall — a WordPress firewall that blocks attacks before WordPress loads. Server-level malware scanning is the responsibility of the hosting provider. Growth and ProCare add NinjaScanner Premium: a scheduled automatic scan at WordPress level for file integrity and malware signatures. ProCare also includes NinjaFirewall Premium with real-time firewall updates.
Which plan do I need for my WordPress site?

Are content updates included?
